the hotel's location near the train station was a major plus. i could easily access transport links. the staff were friendly and always ready to help with directions. i also appreciated the breakfast included in the room rate.
the room i had was quite small, leaving limited space for luggage. it was a bit of a squeeze to move around comfortably.

The hotel's proximity to the train station was convenient (saved a lot of time). The staff assisted with luggage efficiently. The washroom was very clean. The room had a good size, suitable for our needs .
I noticed that the extra bed in the triple room kept sliding. The slippery surface of the bed against the floor caused this inconvenience. It would be beneficial to address this issue.

The hotel is just a short walk from the train station, which makes it very convenient for travelers with luggage. Access to water transport is also very close, a great asset for exploring the city. Several restaurants can be found nearby.

The service staff was friendly and clearly communicated with us. They provided assistance with our luggage upon arrival. Daily cleaning service ensured fresh towels and a tidy room. I found the staff to be generally helpful.

The room was small it barely fit the bed I booked a quadruple room but received a double room with two extra beds making it very cramped and uncomfortable The staff seemed generally unhappy except for one person at checkout
